Dorothy Duncan, food historian and author of Nothing More Comforting:  Canada’s Heritage Food and Canadians at Table: Food, Fellowship and Folklore, will discuss, demonstrate and serve samples of some of the Victorian sweets and dainties that the Diefenbaker family would have enjoyed while they lived in the Diefenbaker family home in Neustadt from 1895 to 1897.  These will include Apple Fool, Summer Pudding,
Fruit Trifle and Sugarplums

There will be two presentation each day at 1.30 p.m., and 3 p.m.

Regular admission charges will apply:

Adults: $3.00, Students: $2.00, Children: $1.00
