Queen Victoria
First Lady of the 19th Century

Barbara Rusch

Trustee of the Canadian Royal Heritage Trust and President of the Ephemera Society of Canada, Barbara Rusch is an authority on the life of Queen Victoria.  Although Victoria Day and Queen Elizabeth II’s Official Birthday are celebrated early, on Monday 19th May, this year, this fascinating presentation on the eve of the Mother of Confederation’s actual birthday, is the perfect way to conclude the royal celebrations of May.
